PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS:

To ensure maximum impact and results, participants are expected to:

• Complete pre-work and post-work for each module
• Engage actively in group discussions and coaching exercises
• Participate in assigned readings and implementation activities
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to grow
• Support fellow participants in a confidential, judgment-free environment

The group coaching sessions for the July 2025  Cohort are scheduled to occur on the following days at 8:00 PM CST:

Recordings of each group session will be made available to cohort participants only.

PROGRAM COMPLETION POLICY:

This program includes 8 group coaching sessions delivered over approximately 12 weeks. All sessions must be completed within 16 weeks of your cohort’s start date. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise arranged in advance.

INVESTMENT:

The Entrepreneurial Growth Program is priced at $799 per month, with payment due in advance of each month’s session. The total investment of $2,397 includes:

• Access to all 8 live coaching modules (60–90 minutes each)
• A behavioral assessment + personalized 1:1 debrief (90 minutes)
• Two personal 1:1 coaching sessions (60 minutes each) with me during or within 30 days of Session 8
• Access to worksheets, tools, and templates you can apply immediately (digital only)
• Ongoing group coaching, accountability, and real-time support

• No Refunds: Due to the coaching-based nature of this program, all sales are final.
• Attendance Policy: Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
• Results May Vary: Outcomes are based on your engagement, consistency, and commitment to implementation.
• Non-Transferable: Enrollment is specific to the individual and may not be transferred.
• Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in a confidential group environment. Respect and discretion are expected at all times.
• AI Use Disclosure: To enhance your learning experience, I may use AI tools to assist with notetaking, session summaries, content organization, and resource follow-up. These tools are used solely to support clarity, accountability, and documentation within the program. All data and conversations will continue to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. No sensitive personal or business information will be shared outside the scope of the program or with third parties.
